1. Will my application run on any device?

It will run on any iOS and Android device with recent operating system. It's up to us to decide how old operating system we will support.

2. How can a user install the application?

End users will be able to install the application through Google Play or Apple's App Store. During the development phase users/testers will be able to test the application using Android installation files or the iOS Test Flight application. 

For specific business cases private distribution channels are also available.

3. Can my application be available in many languages?

Yes, it can. 

4. Can I update the application after this has been downloaded to a device?

If your application contains information that may change over time we make sure that this information is "downloaded" again from the internet as soon as it becomes outdated. Noetik's mobile applications come with a web-based content management system that allow you to update such information whenever you wish.

However this only applies to information sharing. If we need to make structural changes or apply bug fixes and miscellaneous enhancements we will have to deploy a new version to the app stores and the end-users will have to update their apps.

5. Can I send push notifications?

Yes, you can. Noetik's mobile applications come with a web-based push notifications management panel, that allow you to send push notifications whenever you want.

6. Can I receive payments with credit cards?

Yes, you can. 

7. Can we use biometrics for user authentication?

Yes, we can. Your users will be able to login to your application using Face Id or Fingerprint scanning.
